Dermbasics is one of those internet businesses who's interest is it's customers' satisfaction 100 %! I just wanted to say thank you for very professional service. I'm on the East Coast, placed an order on a Friday and received it the following Tuesday (simply because Monday was a national holiday)...That's quick!! The order was processed within a few hours of my placing it, and the products received are in perfect condition. Tracking information was provided right away. One product 's security sticker got torn in transit, but the product itself was in brand new, tamper free condition. Thanks for the effort your customer service department makes in ensuring a smooth transaction!

I am writing to comment on the service I received for order number 085696. I was very impressed by the high level of professionalism and customer service I received when I ordered products from dermbasics. The customer service rep was extremely knowledgeable on the products and extremely willing to help me with my purchase. She was very helpful. I will most certainly purchase future Dermalogica products from dermbasics.
With regards to the products, I have been using them for several weeks and I can already see a difference with my skin. It is smoother, more clear and has a certain glow to it.
